Fellows will gain a wealth of experience working in a setting where their ideas are heard and developed in a collaborative setting under the mentorship of young and early career professionals. This will allow Mazeltov fellows to navigate their first professional experience in a non-intimidating professional setting, while exploring the ways in which they can grow and hone their talents and skills in the fields of their choosing. At the end of the Fellowship, participants will be provided with certification and a letter attesting to their abilities.
